health

recently my health has not been good.

in january 2010, was suspected with heart infection & landed 1 day 1 night stay in ttsh.

march 2010, got severe diarrohea & bloated (wind) stomach.

in between, got occasional migraines... seborrheic dermatitis (eczema)...

no consumption of (i) milk & diary products like fresh / skimmed / powered / condensed / high fat, low fat milk, cheese, ice-cream...
(ii) chocolate like milo, ovaltine, chocolate chip cookies...
(iii) peanuts like peanuts, peanut butter, peanut oil, satay sauce...
(iv) eggs (egg white) like cakes, kaya, egg products...
(v) chicken like chicken, chicken stock, chicken soup, chicken related food products...
(vi) wheat like bread, biscuits, donuts, cookies...
(vii) alcohol like red wine

also no to (i) citrus food like orange, lemon, lime, grapes, pineapple...
(ii) banana, mango, kiwi, strawberry...
(iii) coffee, tea...
(iv) chilli, spice, curry powder, pepper, garlic, ginger...

nearly all things cannot eat... guess good time to go on diet... good time to slim down...

dr encourages me to eat more of (i) rice-based products like chwee kueh, chee cheong fun, kway teow, bee hoon, rice noodle, rice milk, oats...
(ii) high fibre like guava, papaya, red apple, pear...
(iii) green leafy vegetables...
(iv) carrot, potato, sweet potato, yam, pumpkin...
(v) fish & lamb...

what is rice noodle???
what is rice milk???
