donno why recently i feel like to blog again... on alot of things.. small or big matter... guess it is a good way to relieve the stress & minds... seem like back to diary days...

i always have problem with sweat or perspiration... especially underarms, forehead... very unsightly... tried deodorants, but doesnt seem to solve the issue.

attempted before to wear black shirt... bt even worse... the after sweat dried stains become more obvious & more embarrassing...

guess got to start wearing tee underneath the shirt...

if any of you got solution that can work, please let me know... thanks in advance...

recently my health has not been good.

in january 2010, was suspected with heart infection & landed 1 day 1 night stay in ttsh.

march 2010, got severe diarrohea & bloated (wind) stomach.

in between, got occasional migraines... seborrheic dermatitis (eczema)...

no consumption of (i) milk & diary products like fresh / skimmed / powered / condensed / high fat, low fat milk, cheese, ice-cream...
(ii) chocolate like milo, ovaltine, chocolate chip cookies...
(iii) peanuts like peanuts, peanut butter, peanut oil, satay sauce...
(iv) eggs (egg white) like cakes, kaya, egg products...
(v) chicken like chicken, chicken stock, chicken soup, chicken related food products...
(vi) wheat like bread, biscuits, donuts, cookies...
(vii) alcohol like red wine

also no to (i) citrus food like orange, lemon, lime, grapes, pineapple...
(ii) banana, mango, kiwi, strawberry...
(iii) coffee, tea...
(iv) chilli, spice, curry powder, pepper, garlic, ginger...

nearly all things cannot eat... guess good time to go on diet... good time to slim down...

dr encourages me to eat more of (i) rice-based products like chwee kueh, chee cheong fun, kway teow, bee hoon, rice noodle, rice milk, oats...
(ii) high fibre like guava, papaya, red apple, pear...
(iii) green leafy vegetables...
(iv) carrot, potato, sweet potato, yam, pumpkin...
(v) fish & lamb...

she got very nice asian eyes. think pp called phoenix eyes. she resembles a bit like lucy liu & jacelyn tay. feel she got potential to become famous, if only got challenging roles for her...

gym

i decided to start my exercise regime real soon. say sometime this week. yes. morning like 6am or 7am. gym, running also can.

need to control on my diet. think got weak stomach. no too spicy. no too oily stuff too. best is soupy stuff... i am a soup person. give me soup anytime. i will finish up.

weather has been quite unpredictable recently. one moment hot, one moment cold. blamed it on el nino effect. but are we doing enough green for the environment? time to really put on thinking cap. and effort of coz to conserve energy.

was happy to see sharon, my ex-colleague, who is with her new born son. a family of four. she got an eldest daughter.

seem like most of my friends are giving birth. recently, eunice has a boy, jess has a son too. they are all experiencing the joy of motherhood.
